gift certificates purchased on or after February 1, 2006
EXPIRE 125 days (4 months plus shipping time) after the purchase
date.
Note that there is a 75¢ shipping charge per gift certificate
and 5¢ tax on that shipping fee, required by state law.
All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable
within 10 days after the purchase date or after the initial massage
appointment has been scheduled (whichever is first).
Please
allow 3 to 5 business days for your on-line purchases to arrive
in the mail. Purchases may arrive at the local Evansville/ Newburgh
area designated mailing address sooner than 3 business days. However,
please plan on 3-5 business days for delivery when you make your
purchase. Gift certificates purchased on-line are mailed out Monday
- Friday before noon. Therefore, purchases made after noon are
mailed out on the following business day (Mon. - Fri.). Your purchase
must include the mailing address where you wish to send the gift
certificate(s). |
